Real learning. Real results.

Hi, I'm Anmol. I tutor Maths and Non-Verbal Reasoning, and I help children get ready for the 11+, CAT4, ISEB pre-tests, UKiset and the KS2 SATs — plus the occasional 13+. Lessons are one-to-one and online. The first one's free, so you can see how your child gets on before deciding anything.

About me

Patient, and in no rush

I'd rather a child properly understands something than memorises it and forgets it by next week. So I go at a pace that suits them, and I keep the lessons interesting enough that they don't dread turning up.

You'll hear from me regularly too. I'll tell you honestly how things are going — what's clicking, what still needs work, and what to expect. No vague reassurance, just a clear picture.

And it tends to pay off. Around 95% of my students get an offer, and more than 60% get into their first choice. Every child starts with a free lesson, so there's really no risk in giving it a try.

Experience

A bit about my background

I've spent years teaching entrance-exam Maths and reasoning, and I studied at one of India's top universities. Here's the short version.

  1. Private tutor — 11+, 13+ & entrance exams

    Independent · 2023 – present

I work directly with families preparing for UK grammar and independent-school entrance, focusing on Maths and Non-Verbal Reasoning. Most of my students come through word of mouth.

  2. Maths & Reasoning Tutor

    PiAcademy Tutors · Sep 2022 – Dec 2023

Taught 11+ and 13+ Maths and reasoning to students across the UK, remotely. It's where I really honed how to teach these exams well.

  3. Postgraduate, Aerospace Engineering

Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay

I studied at one of the most competitive universities in India. It taught me to take a hard problem and break it into small, solvable steps — which is exactly what I do with students now.
