Questions I get asked

How does the free lesson work?

We meet online and do a real lesson, so you and your child can get a feel for how I teach. It's free, and there's no obligation to carry on afterwards.

Are lessons online or in person?

Online. It works really well and means I can help families anywhere. All your child needs is a laptop or tablet and a quiet spot.

When should we start preparing?

Most families begin 12–18 months before the exam, but it's rarely too late to help. Book a free lesson and I'll give you an honest take for your timeline.

What do you actually teach?

Mainly Maths and Non-Verbal Reasoning — the areas that matter most for the 11+, 13+, CAT4, ISEB pre-tests, UKiset and KS2 SATs. If you need something a bit different, just ask.
